MADE-TO-ORDER

Once an order is placed and the piece is in production, it takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks to complete before shipping.


How it works

1. Choose your design – Select your preferred style, metal, and size (and with some styles, right or left hand).

2. Precision-crafted & hand-polished – Your ring is made using high-quality techniques and finished by hand for a perfect polish. Slight variations in the finish are natural.

3. Shipping & delivery – Once completed, your ring is carefully packaged and shipped. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s on its way.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

—Since each piece is made to order, all sales are final (unless there is an issue with craftsmanship).

—If you need a rush order, please contact us before purchasing.

—There are specific notes for each ring concerning sizing and fit in the ‘Fit and sizing details’ dropdown on each product page.

 

RETURN POLICY

Return window

—You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.


Eligibility for returns

—Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

—Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.


Return process

—To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

—Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.


Refunds

—Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

—If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to be processed.


Return shipping costs

—You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Order confirmation 

—Once a custom order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order.


Customization details

—Please ensure all customization details are correct at the time of order. Changes cannot be made once the order is in production.


Production time

—Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks to produce, depending on the complexity of the customization.


Payment terms

— Payment is due upon receipt. Shop Pay is a fast, secure, and user-friendly payment method that streamlines the checkout process for online purchases. 


Shipping

—Once your custom order is complete, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.


Returns and exchanges

– Custom orders are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the product.
– Exchanges will be made for issues of fit/comfort.

  1. Return the Original Item.
  2. Once the original item is received, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
  3. Please be aware that there may be processing times, and the new item might not be immediately available.
